💬 A small real-life moment from this week:
I recently did a birthday puppet show for a 7-year-old who informed me (very confidently) that:
• He hated the song
• My puppet looked like a sloth
• Sasquetti was “not even close” to a Bigfoot
• And that my final rating was 0.75 stars
The parents were happy. I survived. My puppet did his best.
And honestly? It felt like the most perfect reminder that creativity, embodiment, and heart-led work aren’t about universal approval — they’re about showing up fully, staying open, and keeping our sense of humor intact.
🎂 And… it’s my 45th birthday!
This year feels like a deep settling into my power — softer edges, clearer boundaries, more pleasure, more truth.
