I recently did a birthday puppet show for a 7‑year‑old who confidently informed me:
• He hated the song
• My puppet looked like a sloth
• Sasquetti was “not even close” to a Bigfoot
• And my final rating was… 0.75 stars
The parents were happy. I survived. My puppet did his best.
Honestly? It felt like the most perfect reminder that creativity, embodiment, and heart‑led work aren’t about universal approval — they’re about showing up fully, staying open, and keeping humor in our bones.
🎂 A Personal Note
It’s my 45th birthday year — a deep settling into power, softer edges, stronger boundaries, more pleasure, more truth. As a birthday gift to you, I’m sharing a YouTube video I love 🎥 — a fast chakra tune‑up that fuels my personal goddess bootcamp and keeps me grounded, playful, and alive.
